BlueAnt is a proudly Australian audio company, manufacturing portable bluetooth speakers and headphones. Originally targeting the sports market with their ‘active audio’ headphone products, they expanded to include speakers in their folio – and also expanded their target market to be more youth and lifestyle focussed.
With new product launches comes the need for relevant and authentic photography and videography, showcasing the audio product and features. Starting with mood-boards or storyboards, we identify scenes suitable for each product’s unique features whilst maintaining a consistent brand look and feel. With a clear direction, we scout locations and or venues, and source models as part of our planning process. Targeted at a youth market, the photo and video adopt an edgy fashion style aesthetic well suited to the audio industry that captures attention.
Similar to our brand approach to ensure flexibility, we create a contrasting set of photo and video frames to make engaging content. We create a dynamic mix of images centred around the product and close up details, paired with wider photography to capture the overall scene and mood. Playing with scale, light, and scene allows us to create a suite of eye-catching photography, with every photo remaining on brand.
The photography and video content are a powerful tool for the BlueAnt brand. Once edited, the imagery and video are ready to be used to promote the brand and products through BlueAnt’s online e-commerce store, social media content, provided to retailer websites and in-store for physical retail displays, both print and digital.
